We are using a 6940 as a console, when the receptionist is on a call she gets a call waiting light for a second call but there is no audible indication.
Tried a couple of key types and ring options with no success.
Any guidance will be appreciated.
This depend upon inbound call setup, cos of phone and other things. Need additional info, cos might have busy if any line in use enabled, and if using headset, this might need to remain as a second call might disrupt the current
