wdusrprf.exe has generated errors and will close windows

Have a user who receives the following error every time he logs in. --- "wdusrprf.exe has generated errors and will close windows". Does anyone have any idea what is causing this and how to fix it? Thanks [hammer]

BTW, I believe all support for Tivoli was sunsetted last March (2002). And, your wdusrprf is designed for NT4 systems only
