Hey guys,

I am trying to upload custom professionally recorded WAVs to CCR trees. I have tried different WAV variants but they all sound a little off. Does anyone have exact file requirements for this. I have scoured the manual but cant find anything. The only file spec I can find is for MOH.....

Thanks

Wav files must be recorded as:
Bit rate 8 khz
Audio sample size = 16 bit
Channels - 1(mono)
Audio Format -PCM

If the file is already recorded then open the wav file and re save it with the above settings......if the Import feature does not like the file then use another program to re save it as not all programs do well.

I found Roxio wav player works great.
