Here's an odd one I'm having difficulty wrapping my head around. I was updating a voicemail module in a Linux R11.0.2 app server. I went to adjust the entry prompt for a menu, browsed to the folder it was located in, and multiple files are not present in this folder; 3 files visible of 61, and it was displaying a folder that does not exist.
I made sure i was browsing to /opt/vmpro/Wavs/enu/Custom in both WinSCP and VMpro. That didn't work so I checked permissions and Administrator owned the folders for the VMpro directory. I launched putty and I updated ownership to "vmpro [497]" and added to group "vmpro [487]" then granted read/write/delete permissions for all folders under the sun of /opt/vmpro/ Still invisible in the client.
HOWEVER, if I type the destination with the .wav file I am looking for, VMpro sees the file.
I guess what I'm trying to accomplish here is to launch VMPro client to update entry prompts, instead of also opening up the Linux. Any ideas?
