WAV files are there , but do no calls show up in Replay 1

I have just installed a CRQM on my Nortel system , it is now recording and storing all the calls i can see them show up on the monitor and i can go to the file they are kept in E:/Calls and find all the calls there and listen to them

The problem i have is when i go into Replay no matter what search i do No calls ever show up

Any ideas ?
 
I just install witness but with avaya and i faced this problem . i think if you use linux red hat version you shuold search about file called itcl or ruby depend on what version you use this will solve your problem
 
check you script and your user permition. you prob don't have access to the calls
