WAV File Name Length

I don't recall any limitations. Are you planning to using full sentences as file names or something? Maybe you need to add a little more information to the question.

I have a customer that created their own,the .WAV file name is 32 characters long and they are getting "cannot locate file on xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx", but I figured it out, they copied the .WAV file to /opt/ipoffice/VMProCustomPrompts rather than /opt/vmpro/Wavs/CustomPrompts, I have asked them to fix this.
Had issues following directions.
