Just wondering if anyone has used WASP before...if so how does it work woth access?

If you get the "keyboard wedge "scanner it works with any program.

If there is a True Type font that comes with it then you can use that in Access.

But this company Specializes in Barcodes and Access. Take a look at the WEB site

They have a package deal of a scanner and a font and that has many years of use in Access.

We just started using the WASP software ourselves. We have linked barcodes to specific fields within records in a database but we cant get the software to bring up specific records when we scan the barcodes. Does the Database or the Table where the record is located have to be opened while scanning the barcode????
 
Yes currently we mainly use access and some ecxel. The ultimate goal is to have one server with the entire inverntory database and use the barcodes as tracking mechanism.
