I just saw a quote come in the door at 15% above MLP unilaterally across the board on every single line item. Did I miss an announcement somewhere?

And by the way the 3300 MCD (50005592) that was in the March price book is not in the the April price book.
What gives?

There was some, licences went up but phones came down.

Def don't think it was accross the board though

Thanks MM - yeah I knew about the phones coming down & the lic. change. Wonder why the MCD disappeared out of the price book?

In some markets, the price of the phones AND controllers went up, while the price of the phones came down.

So what happened to the online pricebook? Lately it takes ages to get to the download page and the pricebook has not been updated since April.

The MCD (3300 Mitel Communications Director) platform was in the March pricebook but is gone from April's and there was no May.

What's going on?

All pricing tools are being discontinued.

There is a new software package coming out that does more and should be easier to use.

MPT for example will stop working for you on July 1st.

Thanks again.
Well lately I've noticed that my local Graybar is no longer cheaper than using InterTel/Mitel direct. Quite the contrary in fact. Our trade discount on S/W items is now much better going through Mitel, but it's a double-edged sword. Though pricing is better it's taking an awfully long time to get product and ditto the delays on getting things put in the license bank.

Are you in North America?

If you are, there is some interesting changes coming that will really make things easier to order. Pricing will be better, and shipping time frames will be superior the distribution channel. We just need time to get things organized, but when we are done, you will have a one stop shop for everything!!!

Hold tight, things are going to be kicked up a notch.

Now back to Sunday Night Baseball - I've put my ten dollars on the best of the two teams.

So far the saving grace is that the Inter-tel/Mitel folks are just up the road so I can kick them in the shins if need. They too told us changes are in the works & asked that we try to bear with them in the transition, but haven't given any hints of what's coming. My Graybar guy doesn't know whether he's coming or going, sez first they yanked his distributorship then a month later gave it back telling him he (Graybar) would be exclusive NA distributor.
