When organizing a meeting with Outlook I can invite people for attending the meeting. The get a e-mail in wich they can accept the invitation or not.
But because I organize several meetings on behalf of different people it is difficult to follow if everybody responds.
For example, I organized a meeting but one of the invited persons didn't react. When te meeting was about to start she wasn't aware she had a meeting so she had to prepare very fast. When I had a warning that she didn't react I could have contacted her the day before or so.
Is it possible to set a flag in Outlook 2000 so when sombody don't respond before a selected date and time I get a warning so I can contact that person.
Is it possible in Outlook or must it be done with VBA?

When this description is not clear, don't hesitate to ask extra information

Not sure about a warning but you can always check who has responded by opening the meeting and checking on Attendee Availability.
I make it a practice to check this area a day or so before the meeting to chase them up.
If someone comes up with a way to have a warning let me know

The problem is that i'm not a participant of the meetings, so their not in my private agenda. So its a bit difficult to check them a day before the meeting takes place.
So the idea is good, but not functional for me.

on who's machine would the alert display? if you are organising them you must have access to the main attendee?
Or are you inviting them with a blank user?
You could invite yourself as a resource? then you could check them.
Just a thought
