When organizing a meeting with Outlook I can invite people for attending the meeting. The get a e-mail in wich they can accept the invitation or not.
But because I organize several meetings on behalf of different people it is difficult to follow if everybody responds.
For example, I organized a meeting but one of the invited persons didn't react. When te meeting was about to start she wasn't aware she had a meeting so she had to prepare very fast. When I had a warning that she didn't react I could have contacted her the day before or so.
Is it possible to set a flag in Outlook 2000 so when sombody don't respond before a selected date and time I get a warning so I can contact that person.
Is it possible in Outlook or must it be done with VBA?
When this description is not clear, don't hesitate to ask extra information
