This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

OK, the change didn't help.
Now after installing the patches we are getting the following errors:

TEMU115 Drive Full [various patches not backed up]

BERR508 HI EXC ): Completing Analysis of Task "tEntity" (0x21cbd1b4)
BERR704 EXC 0: Bus Error in Task "tEntity" (0x21cbd1b4)

Hi,

Option 11 have problems with to many patches!!
If you have a lot of TN:s configured (that is analog, digital, dect, phantom tn:s) plus a lot of patches, you can experience this. We have seen it when you install deplists (a bunch of patches).

What yoy should do is to delete all un necessary patches.
Often patches are installed with deplists for all possible applications and problems.
Delete all necessary patchers, that is take them out of service and delete them, then make a new backup, and it will be fine.

could you post your CPU info, you shouldn't be getting this error if you're using the 64MB Daughterboard.

Doesn't look like we have a 64 MB Daughterboard

** Option 11C CPU Status **

Single fibre expansion board #2 installed.

PCMCIA card not installed in drive B.

You know, if that is the case...we upgraded the switch about 7-8 months ago.
I am going to find out why they didn't give us the appropriate equiment.

Thank you to everyone for their help!!!!
