We keep receiving the following Warning message in the Reporting Contact Center:

WARNING - Incomplete data detected by the RCC Reporting Service. Reporting for Contact Center has encountered some incomplete data from the Nortel Contact Center. Please note this may not affect statistical information but if you suspect that is has or if the problem persists please contat the approproate Nortel Contact Center Technical Support Personnel to resolve issue

Does anyone have any idea what this warning message is reffering to, how do i figure out what is causing us to receive this message, how do we fix it, should we be concerned about it?
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated thanks.
 
This means that you lost data for that time period.
Basically there was no data in the SQL database on the BCM.
BCM may have been in a reboot, call center may have been down, maybe a short power outage.
Its RCC telling you that there was no data to collect from the BCM for that time period.
