Wanting to use <ol> function on multiple pages

I'm creating a survey form for use on a web site. There are about 100 questions (most use radio button input). I want to keep the questions numbered sequentially, but want to break the form down into several pages, to be kinder to our users. Is there a way of using one &lt;ol&gt; function across several pages? Thanks in advance for any assistance to this newbie!  :cool:<br>
