Sorry if I'm not using the right terminology (i.e. subdomain.)
With our web site, we're wanting to be able to create subdomain name sites for members. For example, if our web site address is: we want to be able to offer sites for our members/clients like etc.
I'm not our server administrator, so I don't know, but our guy is saying that he actually would have to set each one up, that there's no way to do it dynamically, and that that would be a pain.
Is this true? Is there an easy way to do this?
We're running Windows 2000 Server. If you need any other info, I'll try and get it from him. I'm just trying to get some info so I can go back to him if its something that's not hard to do.
Thanks!
