want to tie two norstar ox32 together

Yes ,you can tie two MICS 032 together with T1 configured as PRI and you can share the VM ,.The MIcs has to be release 6 if you want centerlized VM .If you have a lower version you can tie them together with a T1 not PRI but you can't share VM.
