Hi

I want to send notification mail to all the member for a particular state

Mail Content should be send to the entire TX members

3 tickers are raised to tx state

Mail Content should be send to the entire CA members

2 tickers are raised to ca state

I want to send mail to all the members in the state TX or CA like mail group facility we are having in Outlook express.

SQL Notification Service ? or any other method??
