I have been noticing a lot of viewpoint installations on our PCs... I still haven't figured out how it gets in.. I want to inspect the installer's exe file...

i found it in user's profile/local settings/temp folder

vmgrremok.exe

I would love to know how it install on xp sp2 pcs without any trace...

I am looking for a program to inspect this exe... Is there such a program that can expose the code of this exe file?

A hex editor or disassembler is always a good place to start when attempting to reverse-engineer a binary. Of course it may well be a packed binary, so you would have to locate an unpacker of the correct type. Do a google on "reverse engineer binary" and you'll find out way more than you ever wanted to know.
