want to get calls that ring to reception then to another ext to appear 2

Have system where calls come to 221 then forwarded to 235 the rest of the office call hear 235 as it is appear & ring...while the reat are appear 0nly how can they see which line is ringing at 235 so they can answer that call?

if I undertand correctly calls ring at 221 if 221 doesn't answer it rolls over to 235. now what do you need 235 to do or the other sets in the office? sound like you are trying to figure out how to id the ringing line on 235 from different sets. if that the case you wont know.
can you try and explain the question a little bit clearer please.

If nobody at reception it forwards to 235...if nobody's at 235 but they hear 235 ring in the distance, they would like to answer it at there own set

The others can hear the ring and triangle appears on all sets but it is only flashing on 235...so if there's two lines lit...which is the one ringing at 235

Assuming you haven't changed the pickup groups, F75 (call pickup) will answer a ringing call from any phone. If more than one call is ringing, the one that has been ringing the longest gets picket up first.

or you can do a directed pickup (F76) and enter extension 235 to make sure they are picking up 235 or if you dont have pickup groups programmed in your system

If you are attempting to use 235 as an external ringer, why not program 235 to have an answer DN of 221
