Want new W2K srvr to be domain cntrlr - Old NT srvr not buying it 1

I'm trying to install W2K server on a new server with the intent of it being the domain controller. We have an NT server domain controller that will remain on the network. How do I demote the NT and promote/migrate the W2K?

install your new server as NT4 BDC
then promote it to PDC
then upgrade it to Win2K... Peter Van Eeckhoutte
