WAN bandwidth tester 1

This perhaps isn't the right forum for this question but I figured someone here would be able to help me or refer me to best forum.

I am looking for a free internal network bandwidth test app. I need to messure download/upload bandwidth between WAN sites. Some sites are site to site VPN others are point to point. I know there are products like Ookla and Visual ware to do this but both cost cash. Anyone know of a free utility I can use to accomplish this?
