WallPaper background Colro win 2003

Hello everybody,

I use a win 2003 with terminal services...
I want all people connecting to my server via a TSE connection have a unique background color or bagkground image and they can't change that.
Please how can I do ?

yeah but how do you set the default color in the first place? My users are logging in and getting a dull gray screen - we want to set it to be windows classic blue. How's that done?
