We are one of the first to roll out the new IP phones (9600) but there is no way to wall mount them or instructions to do such is there a seperate mounting kit that is required?

Check this link. This document provides step-by-step illustrations for wall mounting your 9600 Series IP telephone.

Thanks for the info, but it still seems like it needs a wall mount unit, is that the case if so what is the part number?

I can't seem to find one but it doesn't make sense that Avaya would provide directions for something that they don't make a part for - then again, we are talking about Avaya. I'll keep looking.....

There a special wall bracket we have to purchase in order to wall mount?
Make sure you get the correct wall mount per phone type, there are two different ones. One for the 9620 and one for the 9630,9640,9650
