Does anyone have a suggestion on a solution to provide real-time stats to a call center. We have an Avaya G3 and use CentreVu for the call stats.
Using a wall board would be ok and I would like to hear the names of manufacturers that you are happy with.
The preferred solution would be to provide scrollong stats on the agents desktops, but I dont know if this is even possible.
