walking around away from her station 221

I have a client with a 0x32 v 4.0 and here is what they want: When 221 is up walking around away from her station they would like all incoming calls to start ringing after 3 unanswered rings at some other phones (copy room(239), break room(241), etc. Can someone direct me to the program to do this.

have lines appear and ring on 221 and make them just prime to 239 then make answer dns for 239 on all other sets change drt to 3 or 4 ...draw back is it happens all the time no matter what...if shes busy it will ring at all 3 places after 3 to 4 rings tell her to forward to 239 and keep answer dn on the others so it instant and controlable via a pre prgrammed forward key

Sounds like a training issue
Get her a T7406 cordless and have her Fwd her phone to it when she leaves desk.

If it is installed properly, it should get very good range.

YOU WOULD BENEFIT BEST BY USING THE NIGHT SERVICE FEATURE AND ASSIGN THE BREAK ROOM ETC UNDER RINGING SETS AND ASSIGN THE LINES ALSO TO THAT SERVICE THEN PROGRAM A KEY ON EXT 221 TO TOGGLE ON AND OFF WHEN AWAY FROM DESK. THIS FEATURES IS DESCRIBED UNDER SERVICES......
