Wakeup call on MiVB consle

Hi all.
I would like to setup wake up calls for guest rooms from MiVoice business console.
Please assist with steps of what to do on the console to achieve this.
I can manually setup wake up call from the guest room by FAC.

Rather than use the FAC from the guest room I would strongly recommend you utilize the voicemail

For the wakeup I suggest the help files

IP Console Applications

To set one or more wake-up calls:

Enter Guest Service mode.
Enter a Room Number.

Information about the room appears, including three Wake-up entry areas.

For each Wake-up that you want to enter, select one of the following from each drop-down list:
- To deliver an automated wake-up message one time only, select Once, Automatic.
- To deliver a personal wake-up message one time only, select Once, Personal.
- To deliver an automated wake-up message every day until canceled, select Daily, Automatic.
- To deliver a personal wake-up message every day until canceled, select Daily, Personal.
For each Wake-up entry, enter a wake-up time.
Click Save to enable the wake-ups.

To cancel or change:

For each Wake-up, delete or change the Wake-up time entries.
Click Save.

Hi all.

I had already consulted the help files before this post and had also searched through the forum.
It is the " Enter Guest Service mode " that I don't see on mivoice business console.
Please assist.

I have managed to get it going save for RAD message.

For some stupid reason the Hotel options wont let you point the Wakeup message setting directly at the Rad hunt group.

It will accept a speadcall that dials the hunt group though.

Stupid is as stupid does...
