Wake ups

I have an SX 200 AX controller and the guests are able to set wake ups but only recieve a dial tone for confirmation. Is there a way to have a recording saying the wake up has been successfully scheduled?

You require a recorded announcement device (RAD)
Do you have the system configured with additional DSP resources you can have a combination of embedded voicemail and RAD ports configured.
Another way is using an external analog device such as interalia.

KB, so there is nothing that can be done so that the guests get a recording that they set the wakeup corrected other then the dial tone?

You could try setting it via the voicemail, I've never tried that, it might give some feedback.

If you want confirmation of wake-ups set, answered, or unanswered, connect a printer to the call accounting system.
