Waiting Music before entering the queue in Solidus

Hi,

Before the call is distributed to an agent trough Solidus eCare, the caller get 1/2 Seconds Waiting Music.

Did anyone know how to avoid this?

I think your call will go in hook-flash and than it's diverted to one of your agents. Hook-flash causes the music on hold for the caller.

This is a known solidus problem, I think there are MD110 patches for this. not sure though, ask your local vendor

Do you know the number of the patches. I implement Solidus systems and have had no luck with trying to get this problem excalated.

As said, this is a known problem. In BC10, make sure that patch 80084 is loaded. The corresponding patch for BC11 was released in SP6 (don't know the number...). Then make sure D3 in the SERV parameter is set to 0. Now you should only hear music afer the first welcome message has been played.
