W3406 Unable to read file

Dear all,

I'm quite knew in arcserve backup.
Help! Could anyone help me how to remove this file from being backedup as this is causing our nightly backup to be incomplete.

We are using W2K SP4, Lotus Notes Domino 6 w/ Notes & BAOF Agents installed, Arcserve 11.0 build 2670 as Backup Software,we are backing up 2 servers (1=Notes Server+Arcserve 11.0 and 2=File server) this file sits on the file sserver. Is there a way or a workaround on how to exclude this from being backup.

I almost forgot. We had installed UNDELETE software

Uncheck this specific file in the in the backup job.

Do not uncheck the specific file.

Add a filter to exclude the file.
