I have a Windows 2000 network and my root domain controller gives the following error in the event log daily:
"The windows time service was not able to find a Domain Contoller. A time and date update was not possible."
Event id: 54 , Source: w32time

This error is followed up by: Event: 64

I know my dns and replication are working fine because I had to run mega test before upgrading to Exchange 2000. I have found some text say that this error is not important and can be disregarded. I need to clear it up. Thanks already. Tom

Have you resolved this issue. If so what did you do. We are experiencing it now. Thanks.
