W2K3 Installation from a CD

Hi,

I am trying to install W2K3 in a test server. the server is a very old one and it has windows 2000 already installed in it. when I tried to install w2k3 using upgrade it installed almost 70% and says it will install in 23 minutes for the past one one hour. I think the system is hanged. what can I do now. please let me know.
 
start the intallation over again.

Actually I think the hard disk has not enough space in it. I would like to format it and do a fresth installation, as the BIOS is old, I dont see an option of boot from CD in the BIOS. please tell me how I can boot from CD without BIOS. (A fresh installation not an update)/
