w2k with excel 2000

have a very tricky problem, since two days the following happens:

if a formula is copied to a other cell then the resulting figures are the same as in the original cell, i.e. the formula is not refreshed or activated

does somebody know help?

Maybe Automatic recalculation has been deactivated. Try to press F9 after copying, if value in the cell changes then, you need to reactivate automatic recalculation in Options.
