w2k spyware

i'm having a problem with this spyware that doesnt seem to be going from my system even after using windows latest antispy ware package.
my internet explorer will keep changin to another site called

http://www.hotoffers.info,

and an error message comes up saying that my pc is being accessed through 2 ports. how do i get rid of this junk and close those ports?

Download Microsofts spyware beta and run it. Then uninstall that and download spysweeper from

http://www.webroot.com,

then if you still have any of this junk you will have to boot to safe mode and edit the registry.

Download CWShredder.exe to get rid of that kind of spyware.
