w2k server not able to join NT4 Domain

I have a problem with my domain.

I have an NT4 PDC & a new W2k server will not join the domain, they are on the same subnet & i can ping the domain controler, but I cannot browse to it or the server to the domain.

Any idea's please

Have you applied any of the high security policies for win2k dc`s, or is it with the default security policy Regards
