W2k server and XP Pro problem at logon

Hi,
I have a Win2000 PDC and some workstations running Win98,95 XP Pro. Here is the problem:
I have applied Group Policy on a OU, when a user logon from XP client the GP don't work on it. No GP for the XP client computer.
Who can help me???

Are you logging on as a user that's in that OU? BTW, just so you know (if you do or not), GPO's won't apply to 9x/ME machines.

Yes, the user belong to that OU, for Win 9x I 've created the Config.pol file and work fine for all client
