W2k Scheduled backup fails

A windows 2000 server, running SP4. I am able to manually perform backup but when I run a scheduled job it always fails without fail. The error I am getting is

"The operation was not performed because no unused media was available".

I can't find a solution. Can you help me please?

What kind of media are you using and how have you been preparing the media?

Warning, There are two of us here in the IT department. A scheduled backup would work for my partner and not for me. If we both logged in as admin, we both set-up the backup exactly the same but for some reason it never worked for me. At one point, my partner stood behind and talked me throught the way he did it and it still did not work... windows backup has voodoo... Now it works for me, I haven't changed anything but it's started working lol.

Anyway, Are you using the advanced portion of the backup? Is it a regular scheduled backup? Incrimental?
