W2K Installation Does Not Detect HD for OS Repair 1

I have a server that I am trying to perform a Windows repair on. However, when I boot off the Windows installation disk, it fails to detect any hard drives.

Both hard drives are Promise 1X2 Mirror/RAID SCSI Disks. I know it can't be a problem with the drives, because I can't boot regularly with no problems; I just cannot boot off the Windows CD.

So where do I begin?

Sounds like it might not be detecting the controller and installing the correct drivers.

Get a current set of the Promise controllers drivers and then when the blue windows 2000 screen first comes out you will see a prompt on the bottom of the screen to press F6 to load aditional controller drivers (or some to that effect).
Follow the instructions and hopefully it will detect the HDs now.

Are you pressing F6 when prompted and supplying drivers for the disks (you'll need them as SCSI/RAID)

Yes, can't seem to get the right drivers though. I got the hard drive specs from the device manager, then went to download matching drivers....but it didn't work when when I used F6 for third party drivers. So, I'm not sure what the deal is, I'm going to check and make sure I downloaded the right drivers next.
