W2K DC running alongside W2K3 DCs

Hi,

quick question, -

do W2K DCs run quite happily alongside W2K3 DCs?

Is the only prerequisit a simple case of updating the schema via adprep?

Yes, if it is 2003 r2 ensure you run adprep from the 2nd CD.
