Hi Everyone,

Have a question regarding in W2 wage file(upr10101). Does anybody know on what are tables based to create w2 wage files? I found several employees 'Wages, Tips & Other Comp' in W2 figures are higher than 'Federal Wages' in user summary wage file(upr00900) and could not find an answer. I even delete w2 wage files and recreate them but get same results. Does anybody have experience in this issue?

Thanks in advance

Rob

I can't run reconcile for this year because the payroll started in the middle of the fiscal year and I brought partial of payroll data from Blackbaud and imported to the Great Plains like upr00900 and upr30301, not upr30100(Check history) and upr30300(trx history) so that is why I can't reconcile them otherwise it will empty upr00900 and upr30301. I want to know the logical here what are payroll tables involved when the program creates those w2 year-end wage files.

Thanks klewis10367,

I would look at the payroll year end tables to start. Hope this helps. We do n

Thanks you, klewis10367

It looks like the right temp table to hold the w2 year-end wage info before transferred to upr10101. But we still need to figure it out what tables are being used to get the data to this temp so I can figure out what went wrong for the year-end wage.
