.vxd loading

where are .vxd files loaded & how do i edit this startup sequence.

.vxd is part of windows. This just happened to me. I was on tech support with Microsoft for 3 hours, went to computing.net for 2 hours tried everything they all said. Nothing worked - had to reinstall windows.
