You can get study material from The study material is ratther expensive!
Do you have general knowledge on:
WANS PROTOCOLS/STANDARDS
LANS
TYPES OF TRUNKING
ROUTING PROTOCOLS
TROUBLE SHOOTING SKILLS
HARDWARE IN THE SYSTEM (TAKE IT AS DEF)
INTERNET BASICS (IP AND SOME SUBNETTING)
Multimedia types. H.3**
Looks alot! It was not indepth knowledge on the test just general.
Avaya also have the Beta Exams that you can sit on AU. These are good for getting the correct mind set!
