Vu Stats Start

Hello,

I am trying to set up call center agents to be able to use vustat feature but not sure how the data is collected. I have set up test agents with display button for 'vu stat' format 2 but can not find the process to collect data that is displayed when agent uses button for status. Is there a side that I am missing that I need to complete for vustat?

Can you display how you have your vu-stats format 2 configured, and also have you used the search feature in this forum about vu-stats
its very useful and may save you time and answer your question.

No matter how hard you try, you can't fix stupid...
 
Here is the format that was created to be used by call center agents. When I press display button Avaya phone for VUSTAT it display all zero on display for agent.
