Vu Stats Display 1

My problem is when an agent hits their VU Stats button, they cannot see all their stats. The display looks like the following:

call= act= acw=

auxrc=

The problem is the acw= is on the right side of the display
and you cannot see the stats. My question is how do you adjust the display?

I called 1-800 Help me, but they said they wanted to charge.

You probably need to add another format (and a next button).
Let us know if you don't understand this. Start by "display vustats-display-format ??"....and check your station form for which one is in use.
 
I know which format I'm currently using. Are you saying I create another vu stats format and added what I can't see on the present one. Then I should program the new format to the same button, and then use the next button to see it?
 
Subtech, (yes that is what BIZ meant with the next format and next button)

When you type in the command:
"change-vustats-display-format x"
In the format description area, once you put in the name of the stat, for example: "Calls Waiting=", you need to put in "$$$$" characters for each space the stat figure will need. In this example, you would type each exactly as I have here:

Format Description: Calls Waiting=$$$ Abandoned=$$$
In the Data Type:
calls-waiting
calls-abd (Period: "day")

The output for the phone will display:
Calls Waiting=97 Abandoned=18

I hope I'm explaining this in a way that makes sense. I'm the vu-stats QUEEN, so if I can help in any way, let me know. I have some very easy to use instructions from Avaya I can fax to you if you give me your fax number.

Toni, do you know a way for an agent to see their RONA's (no answer redirects) in realtime?

As to your question about RONA. You can program a button on the phone to show RONA, but it is not agent specific. The button should be programmed as a "noans-alrt" and then the group(split/skill)number. When the light lights, the subscriber pushes the button and it displays the name/agent id of the last person that RONAed.
I use it mainly for my managers, so they can tell when one of their agents RONAs, but you could give it to all the agents.
