Agents have Vu-display button on their phones they use to see calls waiting etc. The problem we have is that when a call comes in to an agent, that agent is unable to see the caller id because the vu-stat display remains on the phone. In order for a user to see caller ID, the vu-display cannot be showing the stats on an agents phone. Is there a way to limit the time that the vu-display shows on an agents phone, or is there a way for the caller id to display when a call arrives while the vu-display is also up. Right now when an agent hits the vu-display it will remain on the phone display until the user hits the exit button.
