I'm trying to get my VTC off campus I changed my NCOS and I can dial out from it voice only. If I try to VTC out I get incorect format. Was I supposed to change my NCOS on the associated DN's. IF so where do I do that?

that could be your carrier not providing proper bandwidth or protocol.. your getting out, but the far end does not ack the call?
