save: VSS OTHER: ERROR: Failed to init_backup, error=0x80042301: VSS Backup or Restore is not in the correct state for the operation, or the writer is not in the correct state.

What do you want to backup?

Hm, just a file backup. Actually the error is listed in the error message guide - it suggests that you contact support.

I assume that something is wrong with Windows because MS installs the writers. NetWorker takes the role of the requestors.
