VPNPhone will not reconnect after SA expires? Netgear FVS338

Hi guys,

I'm using a Netgear FVS338 to host 5 VPN phones. The problem that I am running into is that after the SA lifetime expires, it cannot renew the session. The phone keeps trying with no luck until it finally reboots. After a reboot it comes back up just fine. Has anyone experienced this before? This one has been driving me crazy! I've followed the instructions from Tech Tip 184 and get the same results with both the XAUTH and non-xauth setup. Any help at all will be appreciated!

As a side note, does anyone know how to setup QOS for these VPN phones on the FVS338? What ports would they be using?

I had this on the Netgear, it was an issue with the firmware not being up to date, I also fount that setting the keep alive onto the remote router to the IPO helped.

I am running the latest firmware, 3.0.4-19, should have mentioned that originally.
