VPNN: PBX Not Responding - error code 2

Since we upgraded our IP Office from 9.0.2 to 9.0.3 we have had lots of system failure.

No inbound calls can be done then no outbound calls, this last for about 10 - 15 min.
When everything comes back by itself we get System Alarm from IP Office "No response to IP trunk call request. H.323 Line: 3 IP Address: 10.90.100.10"
The line is not always the same.

When we looked at the Sys Monitor, we found the following logs Puzzling.

13:05:45 330853878mS PRN: VPNNModule::Advertise Not enough RIPs received (1) from 10.90.100.10 (Waking)
13:05:55 330863877mS PRN: VPNNModule::Advertise Not enough RIPs received (1) from 10.90.100.10 (Resetting)
13:05:55 330863877mS PRN: VPNN: PBX 10.90.100.10 Not Responding - error code 2
13:05:55 330863877mS PRN: VPNN: PBX 10.90.100.10 Not Responding or Reset AU=640

Anybody knows what the those error means?
