I am trying to setup a VPN connection where 1 end has a 515e and a static IP and the other end has a 506e on Dsl without a static IP. All of my current configurations have a static on both end. I am trying to determine if it is possible to do and if so how. I also have available a VPN3000 Concentrator on the static end which we use with the VPN 4 client.

Yes it is possible. The end with the dynamic IP (506e) needs to be set up the same as your static VPN lines.

While you need to configure the 515 to accept a vpn from any ip address (a dynamic map). This link on the cisco site gave me all the info I needed:

Works no problem - but obviously the 506 needs to initiate the tunnel (the 515 has no idea where to go).
