VPN With Mobile phone.

Hi.

Does anyone know if there are any issues with establishing a VPN connection. Using a Nokia Mobile as the modem. Windows XP.
I can surf the internet fine. But trying a VPN casues a error 721. The strange thing is if i use a standard dialup modem built in the laptop,, the VPN works fine. But not with the Nokia.

Any ideas??

VPN and a Nokia Modem work fine for me. My first thoughts are that the slower speed of the Nokia link could be causing the problem. Do you use any kind of authentication device with your VPN like SecureID ? Could be some sort of time out is occuring.

I just found out that some mobile networks do not allow any encrypted traffic. I'm not sure if this is the case with my one. What kind of speed are the nokia connections??
