VPN with CA

Dear All,
I am trying to install VPN on Win2K server (DC). It's working fine with PPTP.I want to use L2TP/Ip sec. I believe, to use L2TP we need CA server. Is it OK to install CA on DC or on a separate PC?

I have installed a CA on a DC without a problem. The only thing about a CA is you cannont rename the pc after the CA service is installed.

Thanks for your reply Nick. Just one more query, Is it OK to install CA on ADC, my concern is for some reason if the CA corrupt is the local network get affected?
Because I am having around 200 PC’s is connected to the ADC on LAN.Please advise on this.
